Legal basis: Your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent anytime by toggling off SMS in your profile or replying STOP to any message.

Costs: Message & data rates may apply.
Opt-out / Help: Reply STOP to end, HELP for help, or contact support@homebakedapp.com.
Third parties: We use Twilio (and mobile carriers) to deliver messages. They receive your phone number and message content solely to provide the service.
Data retention: We keep consent logs (opt-in/out events) for compliance and auditing. You can request deletion; if laws require retention, we may retain minimal records of consent status changes.
Your choices: You can update your phone number and SMS preference any time in Profile → Notifications or at checkout.
