Checkout steps
- Enter or confirm your billing address. You can choose to save it to your profile.
- On the Payment step, apply an eligible coupon if you have one. Review the updated subtotal, delivery fee, discounts, tax, and final total.
- Complete payment using the available payment options and wait for confirmation.
An available Bakewell Bucks reward for that bakery is applied automatically. Changing a coupon refreshes the payment total; wait for that update before paying.
If payment does not finish
A declined card or canceled payment does not confirm an order. Follow the displayed message and check your Orders before trying again if you are unsure whether payment completed. If you were charged but cannot find the order, contact support with the order or payment reference. Never send card numbers.
Custom quotes have an Order by deadline. If a quote expires or changes, return to Messages to review the latest quote with your baker.
