Open Orders and choose the order to review its status, items, total, and pickup or delivery instructions. In the app, Orders is also available from your profile.
Order statuses
Pending means the order is awaiting the baker’s confirmation. Confirmed means the baker has confirmed it. Completed means the baker has marked fulfillment complete. Use the date, time, and location in your order details to plan collection or delivery.
Changes, cancellations, or problems
Message the baker if you need to discuss a change, cancellation, or fulfillment problem. Do not assume a conversation has canceled the order: check its status and confirmation.
When the baker cancels a paid order, Homebaked attempts a full refund. A canceled status alone does not prove the refund has finished. Check the cancellation notice and contact support if the notice reports a processing problem or you need help. Support may need your order reference; never share your password or payment-card details.
