Steps

Check your automatic customer alerts setting in Settings → Notifications (opens in a new tab).

Configure an eligible scheduled listing in Listings Manager (opens in a new tab) and its ordering window.

Review broadcast history in Messages (opens in a new tab) for the send outcome.
Things to know
Alerts respect audience eligibility, consent, timing, and delivery rules. Customers receive one selected channel; enabling alerts does not guarantee delivery to everyone.
