Open the listing you want to manage in Listings Manager (opens in a new tab).

Check stock or capacity, preparation time, fulfillment hours, and any scheduled cutoff.

Save and view the item as a customer.
Things to know
Sold-out stock, a closed ordering window, or a paused shop can prevent ordering. These settings work together; changing quantity alone may not reopen orders.
