Open Messages and select the bakery conversation. Use it to ask about your order or discuss a custom request. Quote cards in the conversation open the request details, where you can review the latest terms and available actions.
When the message box is empty, tap a suggestion such as Pickup time. Edit the draft if you like, then press Send.
Before you pay
Check agreed fulfillment details and the current quote’s Order by deadline. A message saying you accept is not payment; use the quote’s checkout action and wait for order confirmation.
Trouble finding a conversation?
Make sure you are signed in to the account used for the order. Open the order details to find the bakery and available messaging action. If a message fails to send, check your connection and retry.
